Osbourn Plumbing was founded in 1936 by Chuck Osbourn. Chuck was a chauffeur who started the plumbing company as a side business. The original shop was located in the Hough area. The original shop caught fire and was destroyed. Chuck's son, Charles, relocated the shop to Chesterland, OH.
During Osbourn's early days, the company was one of only a few plumbing companies in the Chesterland and Gates Mills areas. Ted Poucher came to work with Charlie in the late 1980s. Ted became Charlie's right hand and handled shop operations for Charlie. Ted's love of plumbing and Osbourn's customer-centered philosophy led him to purchase Osbourn Plumbing in 1994.
Ted Poucher has been a plumber for over 40 years. He has a strong personal work ethic and believes in always doing the best work possible to deliver the best product. Ted feels strongly that when you treat people well and provide excellent service, customers are likely to return. In fact, nearly 90% of the Osbourn Plumbing customer base are repeat customers and referrals. Outside of work, Ted is always keeping busy around the house and in the yard. He enjoys traveling and particularly enjoys being around water - any beach or lake is good for Ted!

A leaking faucet can often be fixed by replacing the washer or o-ring. If you’re not comfortable doing it yourself, Sewer Cleaning Company can quickly repair it for you.
Avoid putting grease, coffee grounds, or large food particles down the drain. Using a drain screen can also help catch hair and debris.
Look for unexplained increases in your water bill, damp spots on walls or floors, mold or mildew growth, and the sound of running water when no faucets are on.
It’s recommended to have your water heater inspected and serviced annually to ensure it’s operating efficiently and to extend its lifespan. Check your warranty for additional service requirements.
A backflow prevention device stops contaminated water from flowing back into your clean water supply. Many homes and businesses are required to have one to protect the public water supply.
